It was marvellous in walking distance in the city center. Furthermore, we were not far from restaurants yet quiet at night and Easy to access.

Stayed there for 5 nights, loved it. It had everything needed including a coffee machine, a dining area, and a study table, rooms were immaculately clean.

The room is fully equipped with everything you need. the cleaning service during the stay is a nice touch. the spacious and clean bathroom is a plus. Paulo, the owner, is extremely helpful and kind. the apartment has all the necessary amenities, including a fridge for fresh food and drinks. a great experience with Paulo and his apartment.

Lovely apartment, the rooms were extremely pleasant. Really nice beds, picturesque views. It had communal bathroom which was compact. The breakfast was outstanding, we enjoyed it. The location was so ideal close to the park. : )

Everything good, variety of bars and restaurants for breakfast. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and there were hypo-allergenic pillows too, requested them beforehand. We loved the venue and its incredible and brilliant setting. So close to cafés and bars and 10 minutes walk from Living Room.

The nearby construction, which started at 8am and lasted until 4pm. It was quite noisy and made it difficult to relax during the day.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It had a spacious terrace with a roof for all weather use. Well-equipped kitchen annex and mosquito net on one door. List of nearby laundry facilities provided. Great location near old town with many restaurants. Clean and comfortable studio.

As women travelling alone, we appreciated the friendly and helpful host who provided great tips and flexible check-in/out times. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance and a street nearby filled with fantastic restaurants.

Our host was extremely helpful and provided excellent recommendations for restaurants and attractions. The location of the apartment was perfect, with easy access to shopping malls, the marina, and the center of the old town. We also appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment and the fact that it was serviced regularly during our stay. we were very satisfied with our choice of accommodation.

It would have been convenient to have two sets of keys to allow for independent exploring around the city. This was a small inconvenience, but did not significantly impact our overall experience.

I always choose this place for my stay. Staff helped with my elderly parents. It suits me perfectly with Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities, flat-screen TV. Adults only, VIP check-in, hiking, beach access. No pets, no smoking. Coming back for Christmas.

We stayed for 5 nights and enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the Municipal Garden of Funchal was easily accessible. It was really close to Funchal and Madeira, and many sights, shops, and restaurants were within walking distance.
